7 Steps To Being Okay With Who We Are

1. Do the best we can with what we have available to us right now

2. Stop apologizing for who we are.
3. Stop trying to be perfect. We’re not (nobody is) and that’s okay.

4. Be proud of our accomplishments. Be it big or small.

5. Accept our mistakes. They are what makes us learn and grow..

6. Let's stop trying to please everyone all the time. It will never happen.

7. Live according to ourselves.

This world is full of people telling us what we should be, what we should have and what we should live up to. It can make us really unhappy with who we are. Who says they are all right anyway?
